National Headquarters, NJ — The National Board of Directors 2002-2004 of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc., have coordinated a National "2003 Planner" Fundraiser to support the National Association of Latino Fraternal Organization's (NALFO) philanthropy, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital was founded by entertainer Danny Thomas and opened in 1962. It is located in Memphis, Tennessee, and is one of the world's premier centers for research and treatment of catastrophic diseases in children, primarily pediatric cancers. Its mission is to find cures for children with catastrophic illnesses through research and treatment. To find out more about St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, visit www.stjude.org. All proceeds from this fundraiser will support St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. By making this donation, LTA will be the first NALFO member organization to support this philanthropy.
